Community Access to Rooms is a project which opens some of the University of Edinburgh's spaces to local communities. The project allows participating community groups to book University rooms on a cost-free basis.
Please make sure you are happy with the Terms and Conditions (opens new tab) before submitting a request. Submit your request using this form.
Submitting a request does not guarantee you a room. You will get a confirmation message after you submit this form. This tells you what you can expect next.
The person in charge of the meeting on the day must be familiar with these Assisted Evacuation Procedures.
If you think that someone attending your meeting could need help to leave the building in an emergency, you should let us know at least 7 days before your meeting. This means a plan for their needs can be made in advance.
