Would you like to test the commercial potential of your data-driven idea?
Venture Builder Incubator empowers aspiring entrepreneurs from Scotland’s universities to start or grow their tech businesses. Bridging the gap between research and entrepreneurship, Venture Builder Incubator gives you the framework and support to transform your deep tech or data-driven idea into a thriving startup.
We welcome applications from postgraduate students and research staff at any Scottish university who are passionate about creating innovative deep tech or data-driven solutions to address real-world challenges.
Researchers from across the UK working on data-driven, oncology-related solutions are also eligible.
Features include:
- 20-week part-time programme runs from late October to March.
- Hybrid delivery plus 3 in-person events
- No incorporation required
- Open to solo founders and reams.

- Access to a share of £100K in funding
- Learn from seasoned entrepreneurs

Venture Builder Incubator is delivered for Scottish universities in partnership with Techscaler and the University of Edinburgh. We also have a partnership with Cancer Research Horizons to support researchers from across the UK.
