About the Venture Builder Incubator 

The Venture Builder Incubator equips post-graduate students and researchers (e.g. PhD candidates, PostDocs...) with the entrepreneurial skills and opportunities required to explore and validate the commercial potential of their ideas. Delivered by the Bayes Centre and Edinburgh Innovations, the online programme includes: 

  • Funding
  • A curated set of interactive workshops and networking events built around your academic commitments 
  • 1-2-1 support 
  • Links to mentors and investors 
  • Links to the Bayes Centre and University of Edinburgh’s wider entrepreneurial ecosystems. Be at the heart of a vibrant community! 
  • Opportunities to win cash prizes at the end-of-programme Showcase
