Whatever stage you are at on your start-up journey, you may have some legal questions. Our legal 1-2-1 clinics will provide you with clear guidance and legal advice if you do.
In this free 30-45 minute consultation, you can (virtually) sit down with an experienced solicitor from MBM Commercial and discuss any corporate/commercial legal issue.
Please note, however, that this is only a short initial consultation and there may well need to be follow up and further information obtained to advise fully.
These consultations are perfect for a brief, high-level discussion of a legal issue, but during these consultations the solicitor cannot:
- give full, substantive legal advice about your query
- review or revise contracts or other documents; or
- notarise or witness the signing of any contract or document.
If you want help with any of the above, you will need to be established with your chosen lawyer as a client, however booking onto one of these clinics can be a first step in this process.
