Speakers:
Debra Carr is a materials engineer who left academia in 2017 to become the Defence and Security Accelerator's Innovation Partner in Scotland. DASA finds and funds innovative and exploitable ideas that benefit the safety of the UK.
Anis Mourad is the DASA Access to Mentoring and Finance Partner for the Devolved Administrations and has extensive experience working with companies to develop bespoke business model, funding and commercialisation strategies to aid in their success and growth.
Summary:
The Defence and Security Accelerator (DASA) is part of the MOD and was launched in December 2016. DASA finds, funds and exploits ideas that might benefit the Armed Forces and/or national security. In this webinar, Debra Carr and Anis Mourad explain how DASA works and how to apply.
